艾灸神阙联合西药治疗气血亏虚型椎基底动脉供血不足眩晕随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察艾灸神阙联合西药治疗气血亏虚型椎基底动脉供血不足眩晕疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例住院患者按随机数字表法随机分为两组,对照组50例口服敏使朗+静滴长春西汀注射液,治疗组50例艾灸神阙,30min/次,西药治疗同对照组,连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效16例,有效33例,无效1例,总有效率98.00%。对照组显效10例,有效30例,无效10例,总有效率80.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]艾灸神阙联合西药治疗气血亏虚型椎基底动脉供血不足眩晕疗效满意。[ Objective ] To observe efficacy with moxibustion Shenque point combining with western medicine, in the treatment of Qi and blood deficiency type of vertebral basilar artery insufficiency vertigo. E Methods ] The use of random parallel control method , 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups randomly selected, control group with oral Merislon, static drops of vinpoeetine injection; Treatment group adopted in the control group on the basis of moxibustion Shenque point. Treatment for 14 consecutive days for 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reaction.Continuous 3 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [ Results ~ A treatment group of 16 cases markediy effective , effective 33 cases , invalid in 1 cases , The total efficiency of 98%.The control group of 10 cases markedly effective , effective 30 cases , invalid in 10 cases , The total efficiency of 80%.The treatment group curative effect is superior to control group （ P〈 0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] The moxibustion Shenque point combining with western medicine of Qi and blood deficiency type of vertebral basilar artery insufficiency vertigo curative effect is remarkable.
