犀角地黄汤联合西药治疗紫癜性肾炎30例临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察犀角地黄汤联合西药治疗紫癜性肾炎疗效。[方法]采用前瞻性设计方法,对30例住院及门诊患者使用①犀角地黄汤(水牛角15g,生地15g,白芍15g,丹皮10g,黄芪30g,党参20g,牛膝15g,连翘15g,萆薢10g,白花蛇舌草10g,蝉衣5g),随证加减,1剂/d,水煎150mL,早晚口服,②激素常规应用及对症治疗。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治愈19例,显效7例,有效2例,无效2例,总有效率93.00%。[结论]犀角地黄汤联合西药治疗紫癜性肾炎疗效满意。[ Objective ] To observe the Xijiao Dihuang Decoction Combined with western medicine in treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis. [ Method ] using a prospective design method, and use of outpatients of Xijiao Dihuang Decoction 30 cases hospitalized （Buffalo Horn 15g, fresh 15g, white peony root 15g, paeonol 10g, Astragalus 30g, dangshen 20g, Achyranthes 15g, 15g forsythia, Bixie 10g, Oldenlandia 10g, cicada shell 5g ）, with the card to add and subtract, 1 doses of/d, Decoction 150mL, sooner or later oral, routine use of hormone and symptomatic treatment. Continuous treatment with 10d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, adverse reaction. Continuous 3 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [ Results ] 19 cases were cured, 7 cases markedly effective, effective 2 cases, invalid 2 cases, the total-efficiency of 93%. [ Conclusion ] Xijiao Dihuang Decoction Combined with western medicine in treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis.
