血府逐瘀汤与血塞通粉针联合西药治疗急性脑梗死随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察血府逐瘀汤与血塞通粉针联合西药治疗急性脑梗死疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将50例住院患者按就诊顺序编号法随机分为两组。均常规控制血压、血糖,降低颅内压。对照组25例颈动脉加压灌注,血塞通粉针200mg+胞磷胆碱注射液250mg+100mL生理盐水,隔日1次。治疗组25例血府逐瘀汤(当归、生地各9g,桃仁12g,红花9g,枳壳、赤芍各6g,柴胡3g,甘草6g,桔梗、川芎各4.5g,牛膝9g),1剂/d,水煎400mL,早晚口服。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组基本痊愈8例,显著进步9例,进步6例,无效2例,总有效率92.00%。对照组基本痊愈6例,显著进步5例,进步4例,无效10例,总有效率60.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]血府逐瘀汤联合血塞通粉针治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] Observed Xuefuzhuyutang Xuesetong Powder Injection Combined with Western Medicine treatment of acute cerebral infarction. [ Methods ] Using randomized controlled method, 50 cases of hospitalized patients according to treatment were randomly divided into two groups sequentially numbered. Conventional treatment is required prior to control their blood pressure, blood sugar, due to lower intracranial pressure. Control group of 25 cases with carotid artery perfusion pressure, XST powder for injection 200mg, citicoline injection 250mg, to lO0mL saline, every other day. Treatment group 25 cases Xuefuzhuyutang （ Danggui, Shengdi each 9g, Taoren 12g, Honghua 9g, Zhike, Chishao each 6g, Chaihu 3g, Gancao 6g, Jugeng, Chuanxiong each 4.5g, Niuxi 9g ）, 1 / d, decoction 400mL, sooner or later orally. Western medicine with the control group. 30d is a course of continuous treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of a course of treatment, to determine efficacy. [ Results ] treatment group basically recovered eight cases, significant progress in nine cases, progress in 6 cases, 2 cases, the total efficiency of 92.00%. Control group basically recovered six cases, significant progress in five cases, progress in 4 cases, 10 cases, total effective rate 60.00%. Treatment group than the control group （ P 〈0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] Xuefuzhuyutang Xuesetong Powder Injection Combined with Western Medicine treatment of acute cerebral infarction was worthy of promotion.
