推拿肩部、手部、前臂肌肉联合温热磁振治疗脑卒中后肩-手综合征92例临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察推拿肩部、手部、前臂肌肉联合温热磁振治疗脑卒中后肩-手综合征疗效。[方法]对92例脑卒中后肩-手综合征患者使用推拿（侧卧位：患者健侧卧位,医者用滚、拿、揉等手法使肩前、肩上、肩后的肌肉充分放松,并使肩关节做被动的前屈、后伸、外展、内收运动;仰卧位：患者仰卧于治疗床上,医者用揉、拿、点、捏等手法使手部及前臂肌肉充分放松,再做从指尖至肘部的推法,反复数次）＋温热磁振（患者仰卧位,将治疗仪两个导子分别放置于肩部和手部,并使手部高于肩部）,温度40~60℃,治疗时间20min,1次/d,连续治疗10d为1个疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈64例,有效26例,无效2例,总有效率为97.90%。[结论]推拿肩部、手部、前臂肌肉联合温热磁振治疗仪治疗脑卒中后肩-手综合征疗效满意。[ Objective ] To observe the massage shoulder, hand and forearm muscles with tepid magnetic therapeutic apparatus of vibration therapy after stroke shoulder hand syndrome curative effect. [ Method ] 92 cases of shoulder - hand syndrome after stroke patients with tuina （ lateral position： patients health side- lying position, the healer with roll, take, knead shoulder before and after the shoulder, shoulder muscles fully relaxed, and made shoulder do a passive forward bends, stretch, outreach, adduction movement ; after supine ： lie on your back in bed treatment, patients with the healer, point, knead with rubbing, etc to fully relax, hand and forearm muscles to do it again, push from the fingertips to the elbow, repeatedly ） ＋ tepid magnetic resonance therapeutic apparatus （ the patient supine, the therapeutic two guide placed on the shoulder and hand, and makes the hands above the shoulder ）, 40 - 60 ~C temperature, treatment time to 20 min, 1 / d, 10 d for a continuous treatment period of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 2, determine the curative effect. [ Results ] 64 cases cured, effective 26 cases, ineffective in 2 cases, total effective rate was 97.90%. E Conclusion ] Massage shoulder, hand and forearm muscles with tepid magnetic therapeutic apparatus of vibration therapy after stroke shoulder hand syndrome curative effect is satisfied.
