摘　　要：[目的]观察综合护理留置气囊导尿管气囊套叠拔管异常效果。[方法]常规拔管失败,分析为留置气囊导尿管气囊套叠所致,给予患者心理支持、热敷、针刺、外敷利多卡因凝胶等护理措施。[结果]留置导尿管顺利拔出,患者无特殊不适。[结论]综合护理留置气囊导尿管气囊套叠拔管异常,能极大地减轻患者痛苦,预防护理并发症。[ Objective ] Observed integrated care indwelling balloon catheter balloon overlay extubation abnormal results. [ Method] Conventional extubation failure analysis indwelling balloon catheter balloon intussusception caused by psychological support given to patents, heat, acupuncture, and topical lidocaine gel care measures. [ Results ] Indwelling catheter successfully removed, the patient no special discomfort. [ Conclusion ] Comprehensive care indwelling balloon catheter balloon overlay extubation abnormalities, can greatly alleviate the suffering of patients, preventive care complications.
