整体护理中医内科疾病随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察整体护理中医内科疾病效果。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将88例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组44例常规护理方法进行护理。观察组44例整体护理方法进行护理。连续护理28d为1疗程。观测临床护理情况、患者评价、不良反应。连续护理1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]观察组满意24例,一般满意16例,不满意4例,护理满意度90.92%。对照组满意18例,一般满意15例,不满意11例,护理满意度75.25%。观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。临床护理情况比较观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]整体护理中医内科疾病效果较为显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the whole nursing of TCM internal medicine disease curative effect. [ Methods ] Using random parallel control method, 88 cases of hospitalized patients into two groups according to random number table method. Control group of 44 cases of routine nursing care methods. Observation group of 44 cases of overall nursing care methods. Continuous nursing of 28d of 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical nursing situation, adverse reactions. As a course of constant care, judge curative effect. [ Results Observation group group, 24 cases generally satisfied with 16 cases, 4 cases were not satisfied with 90.92% nursing satisfaction. Control group satisfied with 18 cases, general satisfaction with 15 cases, are not satisfied in 11 cases, 75.25% nursing satisfaction. The observation group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ）. Clinical nursing situation comparative observation group is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] TCM holistic nursing care medical disease effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
