摘　　要：该文对热释光辐射剂量探测技术在放射诊断、介入放射学、核医学和放射治疗学中的应用研究进行了综述,介绍了热释光辐射剂量探测技术在不同种类医疗照射中应用的研究目的、研究方法和研究结论,关注对象既包括患者或受检者,也包括放射诊疗从业人员。指出热释光技术在医疗照射辐射剂量学研究中具有独特优势,将在今后医疗照射剂量学研究中发挥更大的作用。This paper reviews the research of thermoluminescence radiometry technique in radiological diagnosis, interventional radiology, nuclear medicine and radiation therapy, and introduces the research purpose, methods and results of thermoluminescence radiometry technique in different kinds of medical exposure. The research objects include not only patients and clients, but also radiation medical practitioners. The thermoluminescence radiometry technique has unique advantages in medical radiation dose research, which will play a more important role in medical radiation dose research in the future.
