摘  要:以挺水植物香蒲(Typha angustifolia)为实验材料,采用水培法研究了香蒲各器官对重金属镉的富集和耐性,利用扫描离子选择性电极技术结合不同离子通道抑制剂的应用初步探讨了香蒲根系对镉的吸收途径.结果表明,香蒲具有较强的镉耐受能力,在营养液中镉浓度为2.0mg/L时,其生长仍然未受到明显抑制;香蒲对镉的富集主要集中在根部;扫描离子选择性电极技术实验表明,非选择性阳离子通道抑制剂GdCl3对香蒲根细胞表面镉的吸收具有明显抑制作用.实验结果显示,香蒲是净化重金属镉污染的优良水生植物,其根细胞对镉的吸收可能是通过非选择性阳离子通道进行的.A hydroponic culture experiment was conducted to investigate the cadmium (Cd)accumulation and tolerance of different organs using Typha angustifolia ,an emerged plant, as the target plant material. Based on the scanning ion selective electrode technique(SIET) ,we performed a study on the characteristics of cadmium absorption combined with different inhibitors of ion channels. The results showed that the growth of fypha angustifi)lia was not affected significantly until the Cd concentration in tile medium reacbed to 2.0 mg/L,which implies that Typha angust~/blia is a relatively high tolerant plant species to cadmium. Cadmium entered into Typha angua'tifi)lia plants is mostly accumulated in roots. SIET data revealed that inhibitor of non selective cation channel,GdCl3, showed a significant inhibition on the Cd absorption from root cells. Our results demonstrated that Typha angustifolia is an ideal aquatic plant to deal with the Cd pollution,and the Cd absorption might be conducted through the non selective cation channels in root cells.
