清肺排毒凉血药结合外用西药治疗吉非替尼相关皮疹的临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价清肺排毒凉血中药结合外用西药治疗吉非替尼相关皮疹的临床疗效。方法将76例服用吉非替尼后出现皮疹的非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为治疗组(40例)和对照组(36例)。两组均予氢化可的松及红霉素软膏外用,治疗组同时加服清肺排毒凉血中药。两组均治疗14天,观察临床疗效及皮疹反应分级变化情况。结果治疗组、对照组有效率分别为85.0%、41.7%;组间临床疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后组内比较,皮疹分级差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,皮疹分级差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清肺排毒凉血中药内服结合氢化可的松及红霉素软膏外涂用于治疗吉非替尼相关性皮疹取效良好。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of integrative medicine with Gefitinib related rash. Methods Seventy-six patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer （ NSCLC ） who had Gefitinib related rash were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Forty cases in the treatment group were treated with Chinese herbal medicine orally and hydrocortisone ointment, erythromycin ointment externally. Thirty-six cases in control group were treated by hydrocortisone ointment and erythromycin ointment, with the course of 14 days. The efficacy and changes of rash were observed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 85.0% in the treatment group and 41.7% in the control group, with a difference between the two groups（P 〈0. 05）. There was significant difference in classification of rash between before and after treatment in each group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; after treatment, significant difference was found in classification of rash between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combined Chinese medicine orally and hydrocortisone ointment, erythromycin ointment externally has positive effect on Gefitinib related rash.
