八段锦功法锻炼结合手法治疗颈肩部肌筋膜疼痛综合征临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察八段锦功法锻炼结合手法对颈肩部肌筋膜疼痛综合征患者疼痛和情感因素的影响。方法将60例颈肩部肌筋膜疼痛综合征患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例;两组均予手法治疗,治疗组同时习练八段锦功法。两组疗程均为35天,观察临床疗效及疼痛评分(VAS)、情感评分(SF-MPQ)变化情况。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为96.7%、73.3%,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前后组内比较,两组VAS、SF-MPQ情感评分均明显减少(P<0.05);组间治疗后及差值比较,各指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论八段锦功法锻炼结合手法治疗颈肩部肌筋膜疼痛综合征能有效缓解疼痛症状,改善颈肩部功能活动,提高生活质量。Objective To observe the effect of the Gongfa exercise Baduanjin combine with manipulations on pain and emotions in myofascial pain syndrome. Methods Sixty cases were randomized into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. Both of the groups were treated by manipulations and treatment group was treated by Gongfa exercise additionally, with the course of 35 days. The clinical efficacy, changes of VAS and SF-MPQ were detected. Results The overall effective rate was 96.7% in the treatment group and 73.3% in the control group, with a difference between the two groups（P 〈0.05）. The scores of VAS and SF-MPQ in each group were decreased markedly （ P 〈 0.05 ） ＇after treatment ; and significant differences were found in all indicators between the two groups after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combined Gongfa exercise Baduanjin and manipulations is effective to treat myofascial pain syndrome in shoulder and neck, in alleviating the pain on shoulder and neck and improving the functional ability and quality of life.
