摘  要:目的 探讨 β-受体激动剂对咽鼓管表面活性物质分泌的影响 ,为气压损伤性中耳炎、分泌性中耳炎的防治提供理论依据。 方法 应用高效液相色谱法 (HPL C)和分光光度测定法 ,定量分析和比较了 β-受体激动剂注射前后豚鼠咽鼓管表面活性物质中磷脂各组分和蛋白含量的变化。 结果 与注射前比较 ,注射后每份 2只咽鼓管中主要的磷脂有效成分 ,包括磷脂酰胆碱 (PC)、磷脂酰丝氨酸 (PS)、磷脂酰乙醇胺 (PE)及水溶性蛋白的含量增多 ,差异有显著性意义 (P<0 .0 5 )。Objective To investigate the effects of β agonist on the eustachian tube surfactant secretion. Methods Twenty guinea pigs served as sudjects. They were divided into two groups: experimental and control. For experimentals, β agonist isoprenaline(10 μg/kg) was given iv, the animals were killed later and the contents of phospholipids and protein in eustachian tubal lavage were measured by high performance liquid chromatographty and spectrophotometry. Results The main effective components of phospholipid, including phosphatidylcholine(PC), phosphatidylserrine(PS), and phosphatidylethanolamine(PE), as well as protein tubal lavage of experimentals were significantly higher than those in controls. Conclusion β agonist can facilitate the secretion of eustachian tube surfactant.
