纳米银妇科抑菌喷剂体外抗菌效果的观察

摘　　要：目的观察纳米银妇科抑菌喷剂的体外抗菌效果,为实际应用提供依据。方法采用抑菌环试验和悬液定量试验方法,对该纳米银妇科抑菌喷剂体外抗菌效果进行实验室观察。结果纳米银妇科抑菌喷剂对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和白色念珠菌的最低抑菌浓度分别为3.15μg/ml、6.3μg/ml、3.15μg/ml和6.3μg/ml,最低杀菌浓度分别为12.6μg/ml、25.2μg/ml、12.6μg/ml和25.2μg/ml。银含量为25.2μg/ml的纳米银妇科抑菌喷剂对上述四个菌种作用2 min,杀菌率均达到90%以上。结论纳米银妇科抑菌喷剂对大肠杆菌、金黄葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和白色念珠菌均具有较强的抑杀作用。Objective To evaluate the bacteriostatic effect of Nano silver gynecological antibacterial spray so as to provide basis for the practical use.Methods The bacterial inhibition ring test and suspension quantitative test were used to investigate bacteriostatic effect of the spray in vivo.Results The MIC of the nano silver gynecological bacteriostatic spray were 3.15 μg / ml,6.3 μg / ml,3.15 μg / ml and 6.3 μg / ml respectively for Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans.The MBC were 12.6 μg / ml,25.2 μg / ml,12.6 μg / ml and 25.2 μg / ml respectively.The killing rates of these four bacteria exposed to the 30 μg / ml nano silver gynecological antibacterial spray for 2 min were all above 90%.Conclusion Nano silver gynecological bacteriostatic spray has strong bactericidal effect on Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginos and Candida albicans.
