两种消毒剂对消化内镜消毒效果的对比性研究

摘　　要：目的比较两种消毒剂对消化内镜的消毒效果,以便选择有效消毒方法。方法采用现场消毒试验方法,对含氯消毒剂和戊二醛消毒剂消毒消化内镜的效果进行观察。结果用含有效氯2 000 mg/L的次氯酸钠复方消毒液浸泡消毒6.5 min或用浓度为20 g/L戊二醛消毒液浸泡消毒10.2 min,连续监测200条消化内镜,细菌总数均为0,达到了高水平消毒的要求。结论用含氯消毒剂消毒处理消化内镜,不仅节省时间和经费,且达到消毒效果指标要求。Objective To compare the effect of two kinds of disinfectants on digestive endoscopy,in order to select the effective disinfection method.Methods The on the spot disinfection method was used to observe the disinfection effect of chlorine-containing disinfectants and disinfectant of glutaraldehyde on gastrointestinal endoscope.Results After immersion disinfection for 6.5min with sodium hypochlorite compound containing available chlorine 2 000 mg / L,or immersion disinfection for 10.2 min with glutaraldehyde containing 20 g / L,the total residual bacterial count was 0.Continuous monitoring of 200 digestive endoscopy,the total number of bacteria was 0 and that reached a high level disinfection requirement.Conclusion Disinfection with chlorine-containing disinfectant for digestive endoscopy can save time,save money and can meet the requirements of disinfection effect index.
