强直性脊柱炎患者外周血T细胞亚群的分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨强直性脊柱炎(AS)患者外周血中T细胞亚群的变化及其意义。方法:采用三色流式细胞分析法检测32例AS患者及30例健康对照者的外周血T细胞亚群水平。结果:(1)AS患者外周血Th1细胞(CD3+CD4+IFN-γ+)百分率及Th1/Th2值高于对照组(P<0.05),Th细胞(CD3+CD4+)、Th2细胞(CD3+CD4+IL-4)的百分率与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)与对照组比较,患者Tc细胞(CD3+CD8+)百分率显著升高(P<0.05),Tc1细胞(CD3+CD8+IFN-γ+)百分率显著降低(P<0.05),Tc2细胞(CD3+CD8+IL-4)百分率无显著变化(P>0.05)。结论:AS患者外周血Th1/Th2、Tc1/Tc2失衡,AS患者存在细胞免疫功能紊乱。Objective： To investigate the changes of T cell subsets in peripheral blood in patients with ankylosing and its significance.Methods： Peripheral blood T cell subsets were detected by 3-colour flow cytometry in 32 patients（AS group） and 30 healthy subjects（control group）.The results were analyzed statistically.Results：（1） The percentage of Th1 cell in peripheral blood and ratio of Th1 / Th2 were higher in patients with AS than that of control group,there was a significant difference（P 0.05）,the percentages of Th cell and Th2 cell were compared with the control group,there was no significant difference（P 0.05）.（2） The percentage of Tc cell was significantly higher than that of control group,there was a significant difference（P 0.05）,the percentage of Tc1 cell was significantly lower than that of control group（P 0.05）,the percentage of Tc2 cell has no significant difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion： There exists Th1 /Th2 and Tc1 /tc2 cell subsets disequilibrium in patients with AS.There might be immune function disorder in patients with AS.
