中药治疗实验性慢性萎缩性胃炎的酶组化及电镜观察

摘　　要：目的 :从酶组化及超微结构角度进一步探讨慢性萎缩性胃炎 (CAG)发病机制及“甘平养胃”、“胃乐”方剂治疗 CAG机制。方法 :采用幽门弹簧插入法及去氧胆酸钠口服法复制大鼠 CAG模型 ,对酶组化进行光镜半定量及图像分析仪定量观察 ,光电镜观察胃粘膜组织形态及超微结构。结果 :光电镜观察发现 :模型组病变显著 ;SDH活性明显降低 ,L DH活性明显升高 ,经治疗后病理形态学明显改善 ,酶活性恢复至近正常水平。结论 :酶活性异常及细胞器退行性变是 CAG发生原因之一 ,“甘平养胃”、“胃乐”方剂对其有明显治疗作用。Objective:To further investigate the pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) and the mechanism in treating CAG by TCM formula Ganpingyangwei and Weile from the point of view of enzyme histochemistry and ultrastructure.Methods:CAG models were established in rats by either inserting a spring into pyloric canal or by feeding sodium deoxycholate.Enzyme histochemistry was semi quantitatively analyzed by an optical microscopy and quantitatively analyzed by an imagc analyzcr.The histomorphology and ultrastructure of gastric mucosa were observed by an optical microscopy and electron microscopy.Results:After observation by an optical microscopy and electron microscopy,it was found that gastric mucosal CAG lesions were eminent and the enzyme activities of SDH Was reduced and that of LDH rose in model CAG group.And that the histomorphology and ultrastructure significantly improve and enzymc activities recover almost to normal levels for rats after treatment.Conclusion:Abnormal enzyme activities and the retrograde degeneration of organella is one of the reasons that cause CAG.TCM formula Ganpingyangwei and Weile have remarkable effects in treating CAG.
