CEA、NSE、CA125及CA199检测在孤立性肺结节中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、神经特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、CA125、CA199检测在孤立性肺结节中的诊断价值。方法选取2012年4～10月经胸部X线、CT诊断的的孤立性肺结节患者60例。将术后被证实为肺癌的32例做为肺癌组,良性病变28例做为良性组,选取同期30名体检健康者作为对照组,对3组进行CEA、NSE、CA125及CA199检测。结果肺癌组CEA、NSE水平明显高于良性组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CEA、NSE联合检测的敏感性较CEA、NSE单项检测明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺癌患者CEA、NSE水平异常升高,对于孤立性肺结节的辅助诊断有一定的价值。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of Serum carcinoembryonic antigen （CEA）,Neuron specific enolase （NSE）,CA125,CA199 detection on solitary pulmonary nodule.Methods From April to October-in 2012,60 patients with solitary pulmonary nodules of our hospital who were diagnosed by chest X-ray,CT were selected.32 cases of patients who were diagnosed with lung cancer post operation were selected as the lung cancer group.28 cases of patients who were diagnosed with benign lesions post operation were as the benign group.30 healthy subjects were selected as the control group at the same period.CEA,NSE,CA125 and CA199 of 3 groups were detected.Results The CEA,NSE level in lung cancer group were significantly higher than that of the benign group and the control group,the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.The sensitivity of CEA,NSE combined detection was significantly improved compared with CEA,NSE single detection, and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion The CEA,NSE are abnormal rise in patients with lung cancer,which have a certain value for the diagnosis of solitary pulmonary nodule.
