摘　　要：双氯芬酸钾在水中经稀盐酸酸化得到双氯芬酸,后者在乙酸乙酯中与二异丙胺经成盐反应得到产物,总收率约80%(以双氯芬酸钾计)。通过对酸化及成盐反应条件的探索,找到了较为理想的工艺,具有操作简便,收率高,污染小的特点,产物经MS、1HNMR和13CNMR测定,与化学结构相符。Diclofenac was obtained through acidification of diclofenac potassium by dilute hydrochloric acid,then it reacted with diisopropylamine in ethyl acetate to synthesize target product,the overall yield was 80%（based on diclofenac potassium）.The ideal process conditions were determined by investigating acidification and salification reaction.This process had simple operation,high yield and low pollution.At last,the chemical structure of the product was confirmed by MS,1H NMR and13C NMR.
