摘　　要：介绍了XM270密炼机生产线的结构及主机安装调试过程和主要问题。经实际使用证明,该生产线能保证炼胶质量,并具有操作自动化,设备利用率高的特点。Structure and installation debugging of XM270 mixer production line were introduced as well as existing main problems.Actual application results prove that the production line can ensure the quality of rubber mixing,and has characteristics of high automation level and equipment utilization rate.
