摘 要:目的比较某铅冶炼厂局部通风设施改造前后的防护效果。方法对该铅冶炼厂电解车间生产工艺及通风排毒设施进行调查,对排风系统改造前后工作场所铅烟浓度进行检测,对改造前后除铜岗位、熔铅铸锭岗位排风罩罩口风速及控制风速进行测试,并进行比较、分析。结果改造前,除铜岗位控制风速为0.30 m/s,铅烟浓度为0.17 mg/m3,改造后,该岗位控制风速提高到2.20 m/s,铅烟浓度降低到0.08 mg/m3;改造前,熔铅铸锭岗位控制风速为0.25 m/s,铅烟浓度为0.19 mg/m3,改造后,该岗位控制风速提高到2.00 m/s,铅烟浓度降低到0.06 mg/m3。结论经改造,除铜岗位、熔铅铸锭岗位局部通风设施的防护效果得到明显提高,能够达到控制工作场所铅烟浓度的效果。Objective To compare the protective effects on before and after the reconstruction of local ventilation facilities in the lead smelting factory. Methods The electrolytic workshop production process and ventilation facilities were investi- gated in the lead smelting factory, the wind speed and control wind speed were tested in the removing copper post and mol- ten lead ingot position hood before and after improvement of exhaust system, respectively. The concentration of lead fume in workplace were detected and compared before and after the transformation. Results The control speed velocity was 0.30 m/s and smoke lead concentration was 0. 17 mg/m^3 in the removing copper position before transformation, after the transfor- mation, the control wind speed increased to 2. 20 m/s and the concentration of lead fume was reduced to 0. 08 mg/m3 in this position;The control speed velocity was 0. 25 m/s and smoke lead concentration was 0. 19 mg/m^3 in the molten lead ingot position before transformation,after the transformation,the control wind speed increased to 2.130 m/s and the concentration of lead fume reduced to 0. 06 mg/m^3 in this position. Conclusion After local ventilation facilities transformation, the pro- tection effect is improved significantly both copper post and molten lead ingot post, so the local ventilation facilities can achieve to control the concentration of lead fume workplace.
