摘 要:当前,低碳经济已成为经济发展的重要模式,这要求我们必须加快经济结构和能源结构调整,实现基于"3E"的战略转型。对低碳经济下能源—经济—环境系统进行系统动力学仿真,结果显示:能源—经济—环境系统中能源利用不合理,污染物排放超过环境的承载能力,整个系统协调程度低。只有不断优化能源结构、产业结构,控制污染物排放,才能实现能源—经济—环境的协调可持续发展。At present, the low carbon economy has become an important mode in the development of economy, it demands we speed up the economic structure and energy structure adjustment, realize the strategic transformation based on "3E". Carrying through the dynamics simulation for energy-economy-environment system under low carbon economy system, the results showed that in the system of energy-economy-environment, energy utilization is unreasonable, atmospheric pollutants discharge is in excess of the environmental bearing capacity, the whole system is in low degree of coordination. Only by constantly optimizing the energy structure, industrial structure, controlling the pollutants, we can achieve balanced and sustainable development of the energy-economy-environment.
