港口物流与对外贸易关系的实证分析——基于河北省1990—2011年数据

摘　　要：基于1990—2011年河北省港口货物吞吐量和外贸进出口货物总额之间的定量关系,通过VAR模型对两者之间的关系进行实证研究,得出结论:河北省港口物流的发展和对外贸易之间相互促进,并且港口物流的发展对对外贸易的短期作用明显,而对外贸易对港口物流的短期作用不明显,彼此之间的长期促进作用非常明显;港口物流的发展对外贸的依赖程度要远远大于外贸对港口物流的依赖程度。为此,应提高港口设施的现代化水平,发展加工贸易,建立临港工业群等。Based on the empirical analysis on the quantitative relationship between port logistics and foreign trade of Hebei province by the VAR model, we can get the conclusion that there are mutual promotion between the development of port logistics in Hebei province and foreign trade, the improvement of modern port logistics has instant effect on foreign trade, but the opposite does not have this instant effect. The long-term promotion function between each other is very obvious. The dependence of port logistics development on foreign trade is far greater than the foreign traders dependence on port logistics. Therefore, we should improve the modernization level of port facilities, develop the processing trade, build harbor industrial group, etc.
