摘　　要：目的探讨白介素-8(IL-8)在反复自然流产患者体内免疫调节机制的表达及作用。方法选取反复自然流产患者120例设为实验组,另选取同期、同孕龄及要求流产的正常早孕孕妇120例设为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测2组患者静脉血血清IL-8水平。结果实验组血清IL-8水平为(160.51±11.30)pg/mL,显著高于对照组(43.68±8.31)pg/mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 IL-8对妊娠的维持具有重要作用,但当孕妇分泌高水平IL-8时,可增加习惯性流产的风险。Objective To study the expression and role of IL-8 in regulating immune system in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortions.Methods A total of 120 patients with recurrent spontaneous abortions were selected as study group.Another 120 normal women with early pregnancy who required abortions at the same period were selected as control group.ELISA was applied to measure IL-8 levels in peripheral plasma of the two groups.Results The IL-8 level was significantly higher in the study group（160.51±11.30） pg/mL than in the control group（43.68±8.31） pg/mL.The difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusion The right amount of IL-8 would play an important role in maintaining normal pregnancy,and the increased the level of IL-8 may increase the risk of recurrent spontaneous abortion.
