循证护理在预防剖宫产仰卧位低血压综合征患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理在剖宫产手术中,预防和减少仰卧位低血压综合征(SHS)的发生。方法将100例剖宫产产妇随机分成干预组(50例)和对照组(50例),寻求护理实证,针对预防SHS的发生,制定最佳护理方案。结果干预组产妇术中SHS的发生率明显低于对照组。发生SHS的产妇,经及时对症处理后,症状迅速缓解,顺利完成手术,母婴均平安。结论将循证护理应用于预防剖宫产SHS手术患者中,制定合理的护理措施能有效预防SHS的发生。Objective To explore evidence-based nursing for preventing and reducing the occurrence of supine hypotension syndrome（SHS） in cesarean section surgery.Methods One hundred parturient women conducted cesarean section were randomly divided into intervention group（n=50） and control group（n=50） to seek nursing evidence,and the optimal nursing plan was made to prevent the occurrence of SHS.Results The incidence of SHS of parturient women in intervention group was significantly lower than that in control group.After timely treatment,the symptoms of SHS parturient women quickly relieved.The surgery was successfully completed,and both mother and children are safe.Conclusion Evidence-based nursing should be applied for preventing SHS of patients with cesarean section and the formulation of reasonable nursing measures can effectively prevent the occurrence of SHS.
