摘　　要：目的总结神经导航仪辅助下颅脑肿瘤显微切除术的护理配合经验。方法对13例颅脑肿瘤患者施行神经导航仪辅助下显微切除术,分析总结手术配合要点。结果 13例脑肿瘤患者神经导航仪辅助下显微切除术程顺利,手术时间2～4h,平均2.5h;术中出血量350～600mL,平均450mL;术后随访3个月,无并发症发生。结论充分的术前访视评估,完善的物品准备,与手术人员进行三维重建,确定手术入路;术中实时导航,监测肿瘤切除程度,熟练默契地配合手术,缩短手术时间;术后做好器械和仪器的养护工作,是手术成功的重要保证,但肿瘤的安全切除仍依赖手术医生的技术。Objective To summarize the nursing cooperation for patients with microscopic resection of intracranial tumor by neural navigators.Methods 13 patients with intracranial tumor were treated with microscopic resection by neural navigators,and the key points of surgical cooperation were analyzed and summarized.Results All of 13 patients underwent microscopic resection successfully,the operation time was 2 to 4 hours（average of 2.5 hours）;amount of intraoperative bleeding was 350 to 600 mL（average of 450 mL）;no complications were observed during follow up.Conclusion Sufficient preoperative supervision assessment and perfect preparation,careful intraoperative monitoring on tumor resection and skilled surgical cooperation as well as postoperative maintenance of instrument are the important guarantees of successful operation.
