摘　　要：目的观察循证护理在减少肿瘤患者并发便秘中的应用效果。方法将112例肿瘤患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用循证护理方法,对照组采用医院常规护理方法,比较2组患者发生便秘的比例、排便状况和大便性状。结果观察组便秘发生比例显著低于对照组,排便状况和大便性状显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论循证护理在减少肿瘤患者并发便秘中的应用效果好,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on prevention and reduction of constipation in patients with tumor.Methods 112 patients with tumor were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was conducted with evidence-based nursing,while the control group was conducted with conventional nursing.Results of constipation,defecation situation and stool texture were recorded and compared between two groups.Results The ratio of constipation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the defecation situation and stool texture were better than the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can significantly reduce the incidence of constipation in patients with tumor,so it is worthy of clinical popularization.
