摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并肺性脑病的影响。方法对5例COPD合并肺性脑病患者进行心理护理、合理氧疗护理、血气分析监测护理、病情观察、饮食护理、出院指导。结果 5例患者均好转出院,护理满意率为100%。结论护理干预能提高治疗依从性,有利于患者康复。Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） and pulmonary encephalopathy.Methods 5 COPD patients with pulmonary encephalopathy were conducted with mental nursing,reasonable nursing for oxygen therapy,nursing for blood gas analysis and monitoring,observation on condition of disease,dietary nursing and discharge guidance.Results All of 5 patients completed treatment and discharged successfully,and the satisfactory degree toward nursing service was 100%.Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve the compliances of treatment in elderly patients,so it is benefit for rehabilitations of patients.
