摘　　要：目的探讨高胰岛素-正葡萄糖钳夹技术的护理配合要点。方法对20例2型糖尿病患者进行高胰岛素-正葡萄糖钳夹试验,评价机体的胰岛素抵抗情况,总结试验的护理配合要点。结果 20例受试者均顺利完成高胰岛素-正葡萄糖钳夹试验,血标本合格。结论钳夹试验前做好充分的准备、建立良好的静脉通路、正确采血、试验中密切观察是保证试验顺利完成的关键。Objective To explore the key points of nursing cooperation for patients with hyperinsulinemic euglycemic clamp technique.Methods 20 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were conducted with hyperinsulinemic euglycemic clamp experiment.Condition of insulin resistance was evaluated,and the key points of nursing cooperation were summarized.Results All of 20 patients underwent hyperinsulinemic euglycemic clamp experiment successfully,and blood specimens were qualified.Conclusion Adequate preparation before clamp experiment,establishment of effective venous channel,correct collection of blood specimens and close observation during clamp experiment are the key points of successful experiments.
