摘　　要：目的探讨发育性髋关节脱位(DDH)患儿Salter骨盆截骨联合股骨旋转截骨术的围术期护理对策。方法回顾分析16例DDH患儿的临床资料,术前加强患儿及家长的心理护理、健康教育,术后加强病情观察、饮食指导、疼痛护理、康复训练,做好髋人字石膏护理、会阴护理等护理对策并认真实施。结果 16例Salter骨盆截骨联合股骨旋转截骨术患儿术后均恢复满意,无相关并发症发生。结论为Salter骨盆截骨术联合股骨旋转截骨术患儿制定科学合理的围术期护理对策并认真实施,可减少术后并发症发生,确保手术顺利完成。Objective To explore the perioperative nursing measures for children with developmental dislocation of hip（DDH） by combination therapy of Salter pelvic osteotomy and femoral rotation osteotomy.Methods Clinical materials of 16 DDH children were analyzed retrospectively.Before operation,the children and their parents were conducted with reinforced mental nursing and health education;after operation,a series of nursing measures such as observation on condition of illness,dietary guidance,pain nursing,rehabilitation exercise,plaster nursing and perineum nursing were implemented carefully.Results All of 16 children completed combination therapy successfully,and no patients had related complications.Conclusion Implementation of reasonable perioperative nursing measures for DDH children with combination therapy of Salter pelvic osteotomy and femoral rotation osteotomy can reduce incidence of postoperative complications and ensure the successful completion of operation.
