摘　　要：目的探讨经外周穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC)在大面积烧伤患者补液治疗中的应用与维护,以提高大面积烧伤患者的静脉输液护理质量,减轻因反复穿刺给患者带来的痛苦。方法回顾本科收治的23例大面积烧伤患者的资料,本组患者均采用PICC进行快速补液治疗,分析总结本组患者的PICC应用效果与维护方法。结果 23例中,有2例出现局部肿胀或填管,其余均顺利结束治疗。结论 PICC可减少大面积烧伤患者频繁穿刺的痛苦,并可减少护理人员的工作量,是提高大面积烧伤患者抢救成功率的有效静脉通路。Objective To explore the application and maintenance of peripherally inserted central catheter（PICC） in rehydration therapy against large-area burns,providing patients with a safe and effective method to intravenous infusion,in order to improve the nursing quality of intravenous infusion and reduce the pain of patients due to repeated puncture.Methods A total of 23 cases of large area burn patients admitted in our hospital during December,2009 to September,2012 were recruited in this retrospective study,all the patients were treated with PICC rapid rehydration therapy,application effect and maintenance methods with PICC were summarized.Results The 23 cases,except for 2 cases with local swelling and tube filling,the rest were completed treatment properly.Conclusions PICC can reduce the pain caused by frequent puncture on the patients with large-area burns,and can lighten nursing staff′s work load,thus it is an effective venous pathway to improve the rescue success rate of patients with large-area burns.
