白芍总甙联合小剂量激素治疗系统性红斑狼疮96例疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探讨白芍总甙联合小剂量激素治疗系统性红斑狼疮患者的临床疗效。方法选取2010年6月—2012年6月本院皮肤科收治的系统性红斑狼疮患者96例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组患者给予口服醋酸泼尼松片及注射用环磷酰胺,治疗组在对照组基础上加用白芍总甙。连续治疗3个月后,评价2组治疗效果、C3、IgG、24 h-UTP及SLEDAI积分。结果治疗组临床总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.01);2组实验室疗效指标均有不同程度改善,治疗组较对照组改善更加明显(P<0.05或P<0.01);2组治疗后SLEDAI积分均较同组治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),但治疗前后组间比较无显著差异。结论白芍总甙联合小剂量激素治疗系统性红斑狼疮疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the curative effect of total glucosides of peony（TGP） combined with small-dose of glucocorticoid on systemic lupus erythematosus.Methods Ninety-six patients from our hospital between June 2010 and June 2012 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group received oral prednisone acetate tablets and injection of cyclophosphamide,and the treatment group received TGP in addition to the treatment of the control group.After 3-month treatment,the clinical effect,C3,IgG,24h-UTP,and integral of sledai（SLEDAI） in both groups were evaluated.Results The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.01）.Laboratory efficacy indicators of both groups were all increased to certain degrees.The improvement was better in the treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.After treatment,the integrals of sledai of both groups were noticeably lower than what they were before（P〈0.01）.But there was not significant difference before treatment.Conclusion TGP combined with small-dose of glucocorticoid is effective in treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus.Thus it is worthy of clinical application.
