摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合疗法对产后并发子宫内膜炎产妇炎症因子的影响。方法将100例产后并发子宫内膜炎产妇随机分为实验组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采用单纯西医治疗,实验组采用中西医结合疗法治疗。观察2组产妇治疗后72 h内子宫内膜炎症细胞白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的表达情况,服药1个月后评价2组临床疗效及1年内复发情况。结果治疗后,2组子宫内膜炎症细胞IL-1β和TNF-α表达水平明显降低,实验组降低幅度显著大于对照组;实验组总有效率显著高于对照组,而1年内复发率显著低于对照组。结论中西医结合疗法治疗产后并发子宫内膜炎疗效显著,复发率低,值得临床推广使用。Objective To observe the effects of integrated Chinese and Western medicine therapy on the inflammatory factors in postpartum patients complicated by endometritis.Methods One hundred postpartum patients complicated by endometritis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with Western medicine,while those in the treatment group with integrated Chinese and Western medicine therapy.The expression of inflammatory cells interleukin 1β（IL-1β） and tumor necrosis factor α（TNF-α） of endometritis was observed in two groups within 72 h after treatment.The clinical effects one month after administration and recurrent conditions within one year were evaluated.Results After treatment,the expression levels of inflammatory cells IL-1β and TNF-α of endometritis obviously decreased in two groups,while the decreased range in the experimental group was markedly larger than that in the control group.The total effectiveness rate of experimental group was notably higher than that of the control group,while its recurrence rate within one year was significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion Integrated Chinese and Western medicine therapy in the treatment of postpartum patients complicated by endometritis has a significant therapeutic effect with low recurrence rate,so it deserves to be popularized and applied in clinical practice.
