压力蒸汽不同灭菌方式、干燥时间与灭菌效果的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨压力蒸汽不同的灭菌方式及干燥时间对灭菌效果的影响,以提高灭菌质量和灭菌工作效率。方法在内部分层有孔灭菌容器中,分别予下排气式灭菌和脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌方式灭菌,观察2种方式灭菌效果的差异;同时另抽选300个器械包,设定5、10、14、15、16 min等不同干燥时间,观察在灭菌程序结束后继续干燥上述5个时间点器械包发生湿包的概率。结果脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌方式经100次灭菌处理后,化学指示胶带、化学指示卡、B-D实验以及生物监测合格率均为100%,除化学指示胶带比较无统计学差异外,其余均显著高于下排气式灭菌方式(P<0.05);灭菌程序结束后,继续干燥5、10、14 min,器械包的湿包率仍为56.7%、41.7%、11.7%,继续干燥15 min,器械包的湿包率才为0,干燥16 min与15min差异无统计学意义。结论采用压力蒸汽灭菌时,应用脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌柜的灭菌效果优于下排气式灭菌柜;灭菌结束后,继续干燥15 min,可杜绝不同包装材质湿包的发生。Objective To explore the relationship between pressure steam sterilization,drying time and the sterilizing effect in order to improve the quality of sterilization and sterilization efficiency.Methods In the sterile container,pulsating vacuum pressure steam sterilization and the exhaust steam sterilization sterilization were executed,and observed.Meanwhile an extra of 300 equipment packages were selected,and 5,10,14,15,16 mins different drying times were set and observed.After the end of the sterilization process,we continued drying equipment package as the five times set and observed the wet package probability.Results Pulse vacuum pressure steam sterilization after 100 sterilization chemical indicator tape,chemical indicator card,BD experimental and biological monitoring pass rate was 100％.As for the chemical indicator tape,the difference was not statistically significant.The rest were significantly higher in exhaust steam sterilization （P ＜0.05）.After the end of the sterilization process,we continued to dry 5,10,14 mins,the instrument package wet pack was still 56.7％,41.7％,11.7％.We continued to dry 15min wet equipment package,package rate was 0％.Drying 16mins and 15min showed no statistical difference.Conclusion To use pressure steam sterilizer,sterilization effect of applying the pulsating vacuum pressure steam sterilizer is better than the lower row of steam sterilizer.After the sterilization,continued drying another 15mins can eliminate the occurrence of different packaging materials wet package.
