甲状腺功能亢进患者血清CysC、β2-MG、ALB及纤维化相关指标的变化研究

摘　　要：目的观察分析甲状腺功能亢进患者血清CysC、β2-MG、ALB及纤维化相关指标的变化规律。方法选取2011年11月至2013年3月于本院进行诊治的53例甲状腺功能亢进患者为观察组,另选取同期进行体检的53名健康人员为对照组,检测和对比2组血清CysC、β2-MG、ALB及纤维化相关指标,另将观察组中不同严重程度者的血清CysC、β2-MG、ALB及纤维化相关指标进行比较。结果观察组血清CysC、β2-MG及纤维化相关指标均高于对照组,ALB则低于对照组,观察组中重度患者血清CysC、β2-MG及纤维化相关指标均高于轻度与中度患者,中度患者高于轻度患者,ALB低于轻度及中度患者,中度患者低于轻度患者,P均<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论甲状腺功能亢进患者血清CysC、β2-MG、ALB及纤维化相关指标的变化明显,对其检测有助于了解疾病的严重程度。Objective To analyze the changes of serum CysC,β2-MG,ALB and fibrosis related indexes of patients with hyperthyrea.Methods Fifty-three patients with hyperthyrea who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from November 2011 to March 2013 were selected as observation group,and 53 healthy personal who underwent health examination over the same period were selected as the control group.Then the serum CysC,β2-MG,ALB and fibrosis related indexes of the two groups were detected and compared,and serum CysC,β2-MG,ALB and fibrosis related indexes of observation group with different severity hyperthyrea were compared too.Results The serum CysC,β2-MG and fibrosis related indexes of observation group were all higher than those of control group,ALB was lower than that of control group,serum CysC,β2-MG and fibrosis related indexes of observation group with severe disease were higher than those with mild and moderate disease,those with moderate disease were higher than those with mild disease,ALB were lower than those with mild and moderate disease,and those with moderate disease were lower than those with mild disease.All differences had statistical significance （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion The change of serum CysC,β2-MG,ALB and fibrosis related indexes of patients with hyperthyrea is obvious,and its detection is conducive to understanding the severity of disease.
