双侧全髋关节同期置换患者的护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨双侧髋关节同期置换患者的护理方法。方法回顾性分析本科2009年5月—2012年8月行双侧髋关节同期置换的15例患者的护理资料。结果与分期全髋关节置换术相比,同期双侧全髋关节置换花费少,缩短了住院和康复时间。结论对同期双侧全髋关节置患者术前术后进行精心护理,重视术后髋关节功能锻炼,有效预防术后假体脱位及松动、深静脉血栓形成等并发症,是配合手术成功的关键,也是提高患者生活质量的重要保障。Objective To discuss nursing of patients with simultaneous bilateral hip replacement patients.Methods A retrospective analysis was made of 15 patients hospitalized from 2009May to 2013 August that underwent simultaneous bilateral hip replacement.Results Compared with the same period of total hip arthroplasty,simultaneous bilateral total hip replacement cost less,shortened hospitalization and recovery time.Conclusion Preoperative and postoperative care given to simultaneous bilateral total hip replacement patients and attention paid to exercising the function of hips can effectively prevent postoperative prosthesis dislocation or loosening,deep vein thrombosis and other complications,and it is key to the success of the operation,and is also an important guarantee to improve the quality of life of patients.
