摘　　要：目的探讨开展优质护理服务对于减少小儿肺炎患者并发症的影响作用。方法选择我院的90例小儿肺炎患者为研究对象，随机分成观察组和对照组，对观察组患儿开展优质护理服务，对照组给予传统的临床护理方法，观察并比较两组幼儿并发症的发生情况。结果观察组患儿出现肺炎并发症的比例明显少于对照组，P〈0．05；观察组患儿的平均住院治疗时间也少于对照组。结论优质护理服务能够显著减少小儿肺炎患者并发症，值得临床护理推广。Objective Discussion on developing high quality nursing service for the effect of decreasing the complications in patients withpneumonia in children. Method 90 cases of infantile pneumonia patients in our hospitalas the research object, randomly divided into observationgroup and control group, the observation group to carry out high-quality care, patients in the control group were given clinical nursing methods of traditional, happen to observe and compare the two groups of childrcncomplications. Result The observation group patients had complications of pneumonia was significantly less than that in the control group, P〈0.05; the average time of hospitalization in observation group than the control group also. Conclusion The high quality nursing service can significantly reduce the complications in patients with pneumonia in children,worthy of promotion in clinical nursing.
