摘　　要：脑卒中的肩关节半脱位严重影响上肢功能恢复，使用康复医学各种措施治疗肩关节半脱位。本文从肩关节的解剖特点、病因机制入手着重介绍肩关节半脱位的检查方法、早期预防和治疗。结果早期介入康复治疗能有效改善上肢功能解除肩关节半脱位，使患者早日康复。to recovery after stroke shoulder subluxation seriously affected upper limb function rehabilitation medicine, using various measures for treatment of shoulder subluxation.This paper from the anatomical characteristics of etiology, mechanism of shoulder joint with focuses on prevention and early treatment of inspection method, shoulder subluxation.Results the early rehabilitation therapy can effectively improve the function of upper extremity relieve shoulder subluxation, so that patients with early rehabilitation.
