摘 要:以武钢CSP工艺生产的DC04钢板作为冷轧基材,经冷轧后,在实验室模拟现场工艺进行了退火,利用光学显微镜和电子背散射衍射技术分析了退火过程中的组织和织构的演变。结果表明,DC04冷轧薄板在710℃退火3h后,再结晶基本完成,并且晶粒尺寸较均匀。在710℃退火时,随着退火时间的延长,小角度晶界所占比例逐渐减小,大角度晶界所占比例逐渐增大。在710℃退火12h后,有较强的γ取向线和较弱的α取向线,即获得了理想的退火织构。DC04 hot sheets produced by compact strip production (CSP) process were cold rolled and then an- nealed in laboratory. The microstructure and texture during annealing were investigated by optical microscope and electron backscatter diffraction analysis. The experimental results show that recrystaUization of DC04 cold-rolled sheet is finished basically which heated at 710℃ for 3 h, and uniform distribution of grain can be seen. Annealing at 710℃, with prolonging the annealing time, the proportion of small angle grain boundaries reduces gradually, the propor- tion of large angle grain boundaries increases gradually. At 710℃ annealed for 12 h, a strong 7 orientation lines and weak a orientation line are obtained, i.e. to obtain the desired annealing texture.
