摘 要:采用表面分子印迹技术,以邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP)为模板分子,3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷为功能单体和接枝剂,正硅酸乙酯为交联剂,在二氧化硅微粒表面制备了DMP表面分子印迹聚合物微球(MIPMs)。通过傅里叶红外光谱法和扫描电镜对MIPMs进行表征,用平衡吸附实验方法研究MIPMs对DMP的结合性能。实验表明:MIPMs对DMP的吸附在1.5h左右达到平衡,最大吸附容量为78.6mg/g。同时,MIPMs对DMP的吸附量明显高于其结构类似物邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)和邻苯二甲酸二甲氧乙酯(DMOP),表现出较高的选择性识别能力。By using surface molecular imprinting technique, molecularly imprinted polymers microspheres (MIPMs) for dimethyl phthalate (DMP) was synthesized on the surface of silica microparticles with DMP as template molecule, 3-aminopropyldimethylmethoxysilane as functional monomer and grafting agent, and tetraethyl silicate as a crosslinking agent. The change of chemical structures in the modification procedure of MIPMs was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), the surface morphology of MIPMs was observed by scanning elec- tron microscopy (SEM). And the binding properties of the MIPMs were evaluated by equilibrium adsorption experi- ment method. The obtained results indicated that the adsorption equilibrium time and the maximum adsorbing capacity of MIPMs towards DMP was about 1.5 h and 78. 6 mg/g, respectively. In addition, the adsorption capacity of DMP was higher than its structural analogues, dibutyl phthalate (DBP) and di(methoxyethyl) phthalate(DMOP), indica- ting a good recogntion characteristic to DMP.
