摘　　要：探讨在体外循环（CPB）心脏手术围手术期进行综合血液保护的临床效果。对4例心脏病患者于围手术期综合血液保护进行CPB心脏手术,术中严格掌握输血适应证、减少失血、回输自体血等。4例患者均示未输异体血,手术顺利完成,术后恢复良好。围手术期进行综合血液保护可顺利完成部分CPB心脏手术,对节约用血,To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive blood protection in cardiopulmonary bypass（CPB）heart operation in perioperative period.Four cases of heart disease patients underwent cardiac operation with CPB in the operation phase of the comprehensive protection of intraoperative blood,strictly grasp the indications for transfusion,reduce the loss of blood,autologous blood transfusion.All the 4patients showed no homologous blood transfusion,the successful completion of operation,postoperative recovery was good.During operation period of comprehensive blood conservation can accomplish the task of CPB heart operation part,to save blood,reduce or avoid blood-borne infectious diseases have important value.
