摘　　要：目的以一针三点脊神经根阻滞法同时治疗脊柱损伤和疼痛难忍的带状疱疹(Hz),与其他疗法比较优劣。方法选与Hz相对应的有压痛的脊椎间关节处进针,深达骨膜注入阻滞合剂3ml,然后退针至皮下,针尖刺向有伤痛的同一椎间隙并注药2ml,然后再退针皮下针尖刺向同一节段的椎间孔部位并注药5ml。结果经治42例,与其他疗法的16例对比显示,疗效显著。结论本法止痛迅速,疗效确切,有治疗脊柱损伤和Hz及其后遗神经痛的多重功效和诸多优点。Objective using one needle with three-point block spinal nerve root method to cure spinal injury and painful herpes zoster at the same time, comparing the advantages and effects with other method. Methods choose corresponding tenderness spinal joints to start until facies ossea inject 3 ml local anesthesia Lieb mixture, then move the needle until subcutaneous tissue, inject 2ml into same painful ridge gap. Finally, move the needle until subcutaneous tissue inject 5ml medicine into foramen intervertebrale in same area. Results after 42 eases, it is so effective compare as other method. Conclusion this method can relieve pains soon, it has many advantages such as： cure spinal injury and sequelae neuralgia.
