抗原修复在胃癌HER-2检测中的影响研究

摘　　要：收集胃食管交界区胃普通型腺癌50例,在不同条件下,应用免疫组织化学法检测人表皮生长因子受体-2(HER-2)在胃癌组织中的表达情况。结果显示高温修复染色强于低温;乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)高温修复染色更强。表明ED-TA高温修复染色能够提高胃癌组织中HER-2表达的检测阳性率。50 cases of adenocarcinoma of stomach in gastroesophageal junction were collected.HER-2 expression in gastric cancer tissue in different conditions was detected by immunohistochemistry and fluorescence in situ hybridization.The results showed that high temperature repair stained strongly at low temperature,EDTA high temperature dyeing stronger repair.EDTA high temperature repair dyeing can improve the positive detection rate of HER-2 expression in gastric cancer.
