摘 要:针对重晶石矿含铁量较高、自然白度偏低,采用Na2S2O4还原法,在室温和微酸环境下实现对矿样最大限度的增白。以矿样的蓝光白度为参考指标,通过正交试验及单因素实验对影响Na2S2O4还原漂白的各因素进行考察,得到最佳工艺条件如下:液固比为1∶1,初始pH值为4.0,Na2S2O4添加量为5%(质量分数),30℃,90min,此时矿样白度为78.90%。实验对还原络合漂白法进行研究,结果表明,络合剂EDTA.2Na添加量为0.15g时,矿样白度进一步提高至81.39%,铁去除率为45.63%。Bleaching of barite with low whiteness and high iron was performed using Na2S2O4 as reducer in slightly acid medium at room temperature. The effects of operational conditions on blue whiteness of barite were investigated by orthogonal and single-factor designs. The optimal parameters are obtained as follows: liquid-solid ratio 1 : 1, initial pH= 4.0, addition of NazSz04 5 wt %, 30 ℃, 90 rain. Under the conditions, the whiteness of barite can reach 78. 900//oo. The complexing-reducing technology was also investigated in this work. Results showed that the whiteness of barite and iron removal could reach 81. 39% and 45.63% respectively when 0.15 g EDTA 2Na was used as complexing agent.
