摘　　要：韩国是后发的知识产权强国,其实施和推进知识产权战略取得了明显的成效。比较中韩两国的知识产权战略,分析两国知识产权战略实施中的制度、政策、措施以及技术创新的路径选择,有利于我国借鉴他国实施知识产权战略的经验,以实现建设创新型国家的政策目标。Korea is a rising intellectual property power. It makes distinctive achievement in enforcement and promotion of intellec- tual property strategy. The comparative study on intellectual property strategy between Korea and China and analysis of the two countries＇ systems, policies, measures and selection of paths on technology innovation during the process of implementing intellectual property strategy will help China to borrow experience of implementing intellectual property strategy by other countries and to achieve the general policy objective of constructing innovative country.
