长三角与珠三角基本实现现代化的测算与比较

摘　　要：采用因子分析和聚类分析法,以2012年江苏省公布的基本实现现代化指标体系为基础,分析了长三角和珠三角基本实现现代化进程中的关键因素,并比较当前这两个区域内部现代化水平的层次结构。研究结论表明,长三角和珠三角这类大尺度空间范围内基本实现现代化的共同关键因素为经济转型、民生保障和环境改善,两区域在实现现代化的进程中都必须重视环境改善因素。但两区域基本实现现代化进程的差异在于关键因素的具体指标排序差异明显。当前两区域内部的现代化特征均为三层次结构,但长三角是以上海为第一层次的单核结构,而珠三角是以深圳、珠海和广州为第一层次的三核结构。Based on the basic modernization index system issued by Jiangsu Province in 2012, this paper adopts the principle fac- tor analysis and the cluster analysis to identify some essential factors in the basic modernization process of Yangtze River delta ＆ Pearl River delta and compare hierarchical structure of these regions＇ inner modernization level. This paper finds that for large-size areas like Yangtze River delta ＆ Pearl River deha, the main determinants of basic modernization are economic transition, livelihood security and environmental improvement ; more attention must be paid to environmental improvement factor for these regions to raise their basic mod- ernization levels, but specific order of indexes contained in the above determinants are remarkably different. As for the internal modern- ization of the two regions, they＇re both characterized by three-level structure, but the difference lies in that the Yangtze River delta takes on the sole-core structure with Shanghai as the first-level city, while the Pearl River delta demonstrates the tri-core structure with Shenzhen, Zhuhai and Guangzhou as the first-level ones.
