抗蛇毒血清联合激素治疗蝮蛇咬伤患者的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探讨抗蛇毒血清联合激素治疗蝮蛇咬伤患者的临床疗效。方法对81例蝮蛇咬伤患者采用抗蛇毒血清等常规治疗，同时予地塞米松静脉滴注，治疗结束后进行疗效评定。结果81例患者均获得随访，随访时间2～4周。其中痊愈58例，显效21例，好转2例。结论抗蛇毒血清联合激素治疗蝮蛇咬伤具有较好的临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of antivenomous serum associated with glucocorticoid in the treatment of snakebites by gkistrodon halys. Methods The 81 cases of snakebites by agkistrodon halys were added with the conventional treatment based on the antivenomous serum, and at the same time dexamethasone salt solution was given intravenously. The efficacy evaluation of all patients was taken after the treatment measures finished. Results The 81 patients were followed up from 2 to 4 weeks, and the scoring criteria of State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine served as the reference standard, and 58 was healed, 21 recovered well and 2 got better. Conclusion The antivenomous serum associated with glucocorticoid in the treatment of snakebites by agkistrodon halys has a better clinical effect.
