氨溴索对喘息性支气管炎患儿血清炎症因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨氨溴索辅助治疗喘息性支气管炎患儿的临床疗效,并观察其对患儿血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)等炎症因子水平的影响。方法将138例喘息性支气管炎患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组69例。对照组应用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用盐酸氨溴索注射液进行辅助治疗,观察2组的临床疗效,比较治疗前后患儿血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-8水平的变化。结果治疗后,观察组患儿的治愈率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组患儿血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-8水平较同组治疗前均显著下降(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组下降幅度更为显著(P<0.05)。结论喘息性支气管炎患儿在常规基础上加用氨溴索治疗能有效改善血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-8等炎症因子水平,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of ambroxol in the treatment of the children with asthmatic bronchitis, and observe its effects on the serum inflammatory factors levels which are C reactive protein （CRP）, tumor necrosis factor alpha （TNF-α） and interleukin 8 （IL- 8）. Methods One hundred and thirty-eight children with asthmatic bronchitis were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 69 in each group. The control group was treated with a regular therapy, while the observation group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride injection adjuvant therapy in addition to the regular treatment mentioned above. The clinical curative effects of the two kinds of treatment were observed and the changes of serum CRP, TNF-α, IL-8 levels before and after the treatment were observed. Results After treatment, the curative ratio of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The serum CRP, TNF- α, IL-8 levels of patients in the two groups decreased significantly compared with those before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and those in the observation group decreased more significantly than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion When children with asthmatic bronchitis are treated with ambroxol on the basis of a regular treatment, an ideal outcome can be achieved and the inflammatory factors levels, such as CRP, TNF-α, IL-8, can be effectively improved. The method is worthy of the clinical application.
