稳心颗粒联合含镁极化液治疗冠心病心律失常疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察稳心颗粒联合含镁极化液治疗冠心病心律失常的临床疗效。方法将108例冠心病心律失常患者随机分为A、B、C3组各36例。3组均予常规治疗,在此基础上,A组予稳心颗粒联合含镁极化液治疗,B组予稳心颗粒治疗,C组予含镁极化液治疗。观察3组临床症状疗效、早搏次数及早搏疗效。结果 A组临床症状疗效总有效率高于B组和C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,3组早搏次数均少于治疗前,且A组少于B组和C组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组早搏总有效率高于B组和C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论稳心颗粒联合含镁极化液治疗冠心病并心律失常疗效显著,不良反应少,并能明显缓解临床症状,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Wenxin granule combined with magnesium polarized solution in the treatment of coronary heart arrhythmia. Methods 108 cases patients with coronary arrhythmia were randomly divided into A,B,C 3 groups,each of 36 cases. All of three groups were given conventional treatment,and on basis of that,A group were treated with Wenxin granule combined with magnesium GIK, B group were treated with Wenxin granule, C group were ter-ated with magnesium GIK. Observed the clinical symptoms efficacy,premature beats frequency and premature beats efficacy of 3 groups. Results Clinical total effective rate of A group was higher than that of B group and C group, the difference was sta- tistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; after treatment, premature beats frequency of 3 groups were less than before treatment, and A group was less than B group and C group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the total premature beats ef- fective rate of A group was higher than that of B group and C group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Wenxin granule combined with magnesium GIK in the treatment of coronary heart arrhythmia has significant effi-cacy, less adverse reaction, can significantly relieve clinical symptoms, and worthy of clinical application.
