摘　　要：大学生考试中的舞弊行为是高校中存在的普遍现象,高校考风建设早已引起社会各界的关注和重视。学校要在考风建设中积极发挥主导作用。监考人员要正确面对监考中的困境,认清考试舞弊对于学生和社会的危害,树立着眼学生未来,坚守教育良知,维护公平正义的理念,以学生为本,认真履行监考职责,发挥监考的德育功效,适时扮演好良师和裁判的角色,必定会有助于考风建设取得良好成效。It is not a unusual phenomenon that students cheat in exams in colleges and universities where, in fact, the society has long been concerned about the examination disciplines. Colleges and universities should play an active role so as to lead the examination disciplines construction. The examination supervisor should face the dilemma in the examination and sober-mindedly realize the harm of cheating to the students as well as the society. He/she must take the students＇ future into consideration, sticking to the education conscience, fairness and justice and adopt the student-oriented concept by performing their duty in a sound and serious way in order to give full play to the effect of moral education in vigilatation and play a role of good teachers and referees when monitoring the examination. All of which will surely contribute to the achievement of the examination disciplines construction.
