精神病患者控制障碍作案特点的分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨精神病患者控制障碍作案的特点。方法　采用回顾性研究的方法 ,对 12 1例精神病患者 (研究组 )控制障碍作案及 115例精神正常人 (对照组 )作案的特点进行分析和比较。结果　研究组以故意伤害和故意杀人为主 (74 4% ) ,抢劫案比例 (5 0 % )低于对照组 (13 0 % ;P <0 0 5 ) ;冲动作案较多 (5 3 7% ) ,心理危机作案为其所特有 (7 4% ,对照组为 0 ) ,生物性动机的比例 (35 5 % )高 ,常缺乏反动机 (85 1% ) ;其作案为决意简单 ,作案仓促 ,事前缺乏计划和准备 ,手段公开 ,事后无安排 ,缺乏自我保护性 ;作案前表现愤怒或自若 ,作案时表现从容或激怒 ,作案后表现无所谓。结论　精神病患者控制障碍作案的特点与精神正常人作案有许多不同 ,与其所患精神疾病导致的情感障碍或意志障碍有关。Objective The purpose of this study was to explore the characteristics of the crimes committed by psychotic patients with control disorder Methods The crimes committed by 121 psychotic patients as the study group and by 115 psychological normal persons as the control group were compared and contrasted in the views of criminal characteristics by retrospective methods Results The ratio incidence of intentional harm and intentional homicide offense was 74 4% in the study group The ratio of rob offenses(5 0%)was lower than the control group(13 0%,P<0 05), but the ratio of impulsive offense was high (53 7%) in study group The offenses caused by psychological crises were only seen in study group (7 4% vs 0) In the study group, the ratio of biological motive was high(35 5%), and most (85 1%) lacking of counter motive The course of decision was simple, the offenses were committed hastily, without plan and preparation before crimes The crimes were committed openly and no special arrangement made after crime, self defense was often neglected The patients had more anger or calm before crimes, committed the crimes unhurriedly, and were indifferent after crimes Conclusions The results suggest the characteristics of the crimes committed by psychotic patients are different from that by normal people The characteristics are closely related to emotional or volitional disturbance caused by the mental illness that patients suffered
