摘　　要：在丽江地区,以同基质露地栽培的方式对一批同源、同龄的须弥红豆杉幼苗开展试验,通过对其生长特征及紫杉醇含量的年变化进行研究分析,结果表明:(1)幼苗高生长的旺盛期为6～9月;(2)幼苗存在偏冠现象;(3)幼苗紫杉醇含量在6月达到最高值。Lijiang area was selected as the field experiment site to carry out the study on annual change of growth characteristics and taxol content of Taxus wallichiana var. wallichiana with same provenance, age and substrate of seedlings. The results shows ： 1 ） The prosperity period of height growth of the seed- lings was from June to September; 2） There was crown inclination phenomenon on the seedlings; 3 ） The maximum taxol content of the seedlings appeared in June.
